Nan lounging in our D.C. hotel room<\/p><\/div>\n

As you may or may not know, Nan had surgery<\/strong> last month, and she\u2019s recuperating just fine. She had her foot operated on just exactly a month ago<\/strong>, and this week she took her first long walk sans cane or crutches. Yippee!<\/p>\n

We went to Washington, D.C., to see Christi\u2019s sister and her wife. What a fabulous party! Even though Nan couldn\u2019t dance, there was plenty of dancing. Christi\u2019s aunt \u201cchair-danced\u201d with Nan, and a good time was had by all.<\/p>\n
