Spontaneous O

Friday, October 4th, 2013

Full Load laundry room sceneThe verdict is in. Science has confirmed the ability to achieve spontaneous orgasms via fantasy alone. This is big. We’ve known about Tantra for a long time, and Tantra practitioners always seem to have the secret smile that says, “I have the best orgasms ever.”

Women do it more and better than men, according to “I’ll Have What She’s Thinking.” Surprised?

Where does porn fit into this whole schema? It wasn’t mentioned. During the scans of the orgasm participants’ brains, volunteers were told only to fantasize.

But what is porn if not fantasy come to life on the screen? We’re willing to bet purveyors of porn are high on the list of those gifted with spontaneous Os!

Are you a spontaneous O? What do you like best about it?

Yours in good love and sex,

Ask Fanny: Tantra and Female Ejaculation

Friday, July 15th, 2011

G-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,
What is tantra? Is it all New Age sex stuff? What does it have to do with female ejaculation?

Caroline in New York

Dear Caroline in New York,
Tantra is about sexual energy. Tantra is also a religion and a science that goes back about 3,000 years or more.

Tantric Journey to Female OrgasmPeople then believed that sex was sacred. Their temples were carved with statues from floor to ceiling, depicting individuals, couples and groups in every imaginable sexual position and behavior. They developed hours-long rituals to set every nerve on erotic fire. And because they were meditation and yoga masters, they could hold these positions a very long time.

Margot Anand, M.A from Sorbonne University in France, is responsible for bringing this knowledge to the west in early 1980s. Her book, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy, is the sourcebook of Tantra and I highly recommend it. (These links are both to her site, margotanand.com.)

Where Tantra enters the picture with female ejaculation – and which I talk about in my lectures and classes – is using the Tantra technique to reawaken the dulled sensations of the G-spot, the female prostate. Men know the prostate is ultrasensitive; why can’t women feel theirs? Numbed out due to the way we ram it in, in Western culture.

Tantra teaches us to use the breath and energy to develop exquisite sensations of erotic pleasure, pleasure that the G-spot is capable of and is the source of.

Good luck!

Fanny
