Nora EphronNot long ago, we overheard a conversation about the G-spot and female ejaculation. Probably when we were mourning Nora Ephron, who wrote the amazing orgasm scene from When Harry Met Sally.

Could it be that we were having this conversation all over again?

Does the G-spot exist? Is the G-spot real?

That’s our poll question for this month. Vote now! The poll is Fatale’s home page.

Then tell us what you think.

Until next time, we wish you deliciously hot sex, and plenty of G-spot orgasms, if you believe in them,

Ask Fanny: The Urge to Female Ejaculate

Friday, May 4th, 2012

Deborah Sundahl G-Spot ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,

My partner ejaculates now and then, and we are wondering how to make it happen all the time. We have been together about 12 years now, and she often feels “uncomfortable” in her pelvis area after lovemaking.

Jacob from Olympia, WA

Dear Jacob,

You are not alone in wanting to know how to make female ejaculation happen all the time, or at least when you’d like it to. This is a common question for many couples. The uncomfortable feeling of pressure that she is experiencing after you make love is female ejaculate that has not had a chance to be released. What to do?

First off, remember it is okay if a woman does not ejaculate every time she makes love. To put that kind of pressure on her—really, on both of you—is to run the risk of making the female ejaculate stop altogether, which it will.

Next, here are some of the possible reasons why your partner is not ejaculating every time the two of you make love:

• Oftentimes, women mistake the urge to ejaculate as the urge to pee and therefore clamp down on the urge to ejaculate.

• Women don’t always trust that this is indeed female ejaculate, and therefore (almost instinctively), they don’t let go, physically and emotionally.

• Most women are not aware of the many sensations inside the vagina, including the G-spot’s erotic sensations. In order to ejaculate, a woman needs to be more aware of these varied sensations. It may seem counterintuitive, but this lack of awareness actually can lead a woman to control her ejaculate so it won’t release; she holds back; she doesn’t trust the urge to ejaculate.

The best way that I have determined from teaching my female-ejaculation and the G-spot workshops for many years now is to do a meditation massage session, at least five of these in the space of 2-3 weeks.

G-spot massage allows a woman to connect with the vaginal and G-spot sensations of pleasure. This is not about masturbating per se, stimulating the G-spot to pleasure; this is about getting acquainted via touch with one’s G-spot in a deeper way than just knowing how to stimulate it to create pleasure.

The end result is of course more pleasure and more control in a good way over the ability to female ejaculate.

And, just as importantly but far more overlooked, you and your partner benefit from gaining an intimate knowledge with what the G-spot feels like when it is not in high-gear, erotic performance mode.

By trying massage, women feel so much more connected to their G-spots and to the “urge to ejaculate.” Through this process, a woman becomes conscious of her ability to control her ejaculate. This means she no longer holds back, but understands how to ejaculate whenever she wants (or not)!

Next time, we’ll discuss how to massage your G-spot. Stay tuned!

Ask Fanny: Lubrication with Oil?

Thursday, January 12th, 2012

Deborah Sundahl Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Deborah,

Is lubrication with oil a must or should we reserve it for those times when the surfaces are not that moist? I shall be grateful for your clarification on this rather basic point.

Wishing you a very Happy New Year.

Best regards,

Curious in India

Dear Curious,

Olive oil is nourishing to the skin, as Queen Cleopatra from ancient Egypt knew. Use lubricant that is nourishing to the vagina, like natural oils of any kind (jojoba, almond, avocado, etc.).  View the vagina as skin that needs or likes “food,” rather than using a lubricant to “make” her ready.

As you will learn when you read my book, Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot, I encourage every woman to know her body. This is more than finding a technique or “prescribing” lubricant. You will know when you want to use lubricant, and when you do not need or want to. In this way, you will have more than enough natural lubrication, too!

Again, the more you can listen to your own body, specifically your vagina and what she needs and likes, the more success you will have with the G-spot orgasm and with female ejaculation. And in the end, the more intimate connection you will have to yourself and to your partner.

Have fun!

Deborah

Ask Fanny: Tantra and Female Ejaculation

Friday, July 15th, 2011

G-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,
What is tantra? Is it all New Age sex stuff? What does it have to do with female ejaculation?

Caroline in New York

Dear Caroline in New York,
Tantra is about sexual energy. Tantra is also a religion and a science that goes back about 3,000 years or more.

Tantric Journey to Female OrgasmPeople then believed that sex was sacred. Their temples were carved with statues from floor to ceiling, depicting individuals, couples and groups in every imaginable sexual position and behavior. They developed hours-long rituals to set every nerve on erotic fire. And because they were meditation and yoga masters, they could hold these positions a very long time.

Margot Anand, M.A from Sorbonne University in France, is responsible for bringing this knowledge to the west in early 1980s. Her book, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy, is the sourcebook of Tantra and I highly recommend it. (These links are both to her site, margotanand.com.)

Where Tantra enters the picture with female ejaculation – and which I talk about in my lectures and classes – is using the Tantra technique to reawaken the dulled sensations of the G-spot, the female prostate. Men know the prostate is ultrasensitive; why can’t women feel theirs? Numbed out due to the way we ram it in, in Western culture.

Tantra teaches us to use the breath and energy to develop exquisite sensations of erotic pleasure, pleasure that the G-spot is capable of and is the source of.

Good luck!

Fanny

Ask Fanny: Energetic Sexuality

Monday, April 18th, 2011

G-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. You may send your questions to askfanny@fatalemedia.com; please put FE Q&A in the subject line.

Dear Fanny,
As lesbians, my girlfriend and I have been working at awakening the sensations of our G-spots for some time now. We are noticing how much easier it is to feel erotic pleasure just from gently touching the G-spot and focusing on it. Tantra talks about a merging of sexual energy, and you talk about how this is best transmitted through the G-spot. So what is the best way to do this?

Lenora in Massachusetts

Dear Lenora,
What a great letter! This is my suggestion to begin, as there are many more ways that you will discover as you go along.

Try putting your mouths together and your fingertips touching on the body of each other’s G-spot (where the ridges are). Then, using the breath and being still, let the erotic energy rise up, first in your genitals. Then, using the breath, breathe all that collected erotic energy in your genitals “up” to your mouths.

This is a basic Tantra technique. As you practice this technique of “inner listening” to the body’s feelings of arousal, you will find your erotic energy growing faster and easier each time.

Also, putting your mouths together in a loving kiss actually makes an energetic circle from your fingers and G-spots to your mouths, which enables this process of energetic orgasm. A great book that explains this concept and offers techniques is Healing Love through the Tao: Cultivating Female Sexual Energy by Mantak Chia (Destiny Books, 2005).

Your ejaculation will change as well; it will simply flow out of your body! So, no more stunning and showy feminist ejaculation that you push out to “spray the wall”—the feminist mantra we used when we first made the female-ejaculation video How to Female Ejaculate.

Tantric Journey to Female Orgasm: Awaken Your G-spot shows how ejaculate flows out via energetic stimulation of the G-spot.

As they say, “You’ve come a long way, baby.” Indeed!  Now the new territory to explore is energetic sexuality. With its ties to spirit, this is like the feminist Goddess culture reborn! Enjoy the new adventure.

Ask Fanny: BBW

Friday, November 5th, 2010

G-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. You may send your questions to askfanny@fatalemedia.com; please put FE Q&A in the subject line.

Dear Fanny,
My [partner] is a bbw and she just started squirting but it just kind of runs out. What tips do you have to make her squirt longer and harder?

Jason

Dear Jason,
Your big beautiful woman ejaculates! Please give her my congratulations!

“Just kind of runs out”? Sir, if you please. Is there a more appreciative way to state this?

Most women do not arc out like a porn star; most women gush or flood, which is what your partner is doing. This is 100% normal.

Strong PC muscles help ejaculate shoot out, so Kegel exercises always help in that regard. This is not the goal, however, which is why I don’t only teach tips on how to “make her squirt longer and harder.”

Rather, the primary goal is expressing love and satisfaction with your big beautiful woman. Then she will ejaculate freely and there will be more of it.

Fanny
