Ask Fanny: Does Age Matter?

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,
If you’ve never female ejaculated before, where do you begin? How do you convince a perhaps skeptical partner that this exists? How much time do you need?

Lastly, I’m over 50; does it matter how old you are?

Signed,

Nervous in Nevada

Dear Nervous,
The first step to begin to learn how to female ejaculate is to inform yourself about what female ejaculation is and where it comes from.  In my experience, half the work of learning how to female ejaculate is done by educating yourself on the subject.

Female ejaculation is prostatic fluid with a little bit of glucose (sugar). This fluid is produced by the female prostate. The female prostate is the G-spot. All women have one, as do all men. Therefore, all women can ejaculate if they want to learn how.

Learning how to ejaculate is fairly easy. Most women can accomplish it in a few months, if not right away, once they realize an important factor: the feeling of needing to pee is actually the urge to ejaculate

What can take many years to learn is how to reawaken the sensations of the G-spot, which are ultrasensitive by nature but numbed out in most women.

A sizable minority of partners does not know about female ejaculation; therefore, if partners are surprised with this information during sex, they get shocked and often react in an angry and/or turned-off manner. So, first thing to do if you ejaculate already, or learn to do so later, is to tell a new partner, “I ejaculate!”

Meanwhile, the best way to convince a skeptical partner that female ejaculation and the G-spot do indeed exist is by ejaculating when making love. Surprise them with the wet towel under their nose, so they take a good, deep sniff. They will smell for themselves that it is not urine. That should take care of the issue of skepticism right then and there.

Lastly, you can learn to ejaculate at any age. Age does not seem to make ejaculating harder or make the amount of ejaculate less. In fact, older women can have an edge on the ease of learning how to ejaculate, because older women are more inclined to want to relax and open their body to more sensuality—a state that makes it easier to ejaculate.

Good luck!

Fanny

Ask Fanny: Excessive

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Hi Fanny,
I started ejaculating about a year ago, but only while I was masturbating, and then it was about an ounce of odorless clear liquid, always from clitoral stimulation.

Now, my girlfriend and I have been together for almost two months, and I am having prolonged, intense orgasms accompanied by, literally, cups of ejaculate fluid. I would say four ounces per ejaculation, and I can do it as many times as she stimulates me. It could probably be up to twenty ounces or more per session.

It’s great that it’s so intense, and I feel kind of lucky, but also pretty embarrassed when we’re in the middle of getting it on and suddenly, we’re in a lake. She’s not grossed out at all by this and is really, really supportive. It was hot at first, but it’s getting kind of ridiculous. Now, almost any kind of stimulation from her gets me wet and makes me come, hard. I’m starting to wonder if this is highly unusual or unhealthy in some way.

I could really use any kind of advice in how to minimize ejaculation (and hold onto the orgasms if possible) without having to invest in a kiddie pool. If not, are there products out there to control the level of messiness involved?

Thanks,
Betsy Wetsy

Dear Betsy,
Once some women learn how to ejaculate, it is a shock for them at how much, and how easily, the ejaculate can flow out! The fact that you used the words “embarrassed” and “supportive” suggests to me that you are still not quite comfortable with your ability to ejaculate, and/or sharing it with another. I suspect that this is the underlying reason why you are concerned with the amount, or if you are hurting your health in some way.

There is nothing wrong at all with feeling a bit shy about being able to ejaculate so profusely, as you are doing with your new honey. More than that, I suspect you are ejaculating so much because of your new relationship! Many women ejaculate easily with someone new whom they really feel comfortable with and who they really like a lot. The reverse is true as well; women who are not that happy in their relationship sometimes stop ejaculating for a while, or do a less amount.

It is not easy to express your gushing self so easily in front of someone new, and so please give yourself a pat on the back for allowing it and not clamping down on everything!

So, you have things to celebrate, girl! A full and flowing ability to ejaculate, and a wonderful new love in your life! You can learn to control your ejaculate a little bit, but I really don’t recommend that for you at this stage. You have just learned to open the floodgates, and it appears to have brought you a wonderful lover. So, just enjoy for now…let nature take its course, as it most assuredly will.

Meanwhile, the best and only thing I can suggest for the bed is the wonderful, plush throw by Liberator. Please check it out through my site.

But most of all, get out of the bed, grrrl! Spring is here, go out to the garden and water the plants! Do it in the shower, on the tile floor! Let it rip. Love your Wild Woman Self! Be a “Woman Who Runs with the Water”!

Ask Fanny: Obsessed with the Idea of Female Squirting

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,
I am asking for your advice on where we go from here. My girlfriend and I have been obsessed with the idea of female squirting. We have watched the DVD Liquid Love and have purchased other information talking about the art of the female orgasm. We have since purchased your DVD How to Female Ejaculate with the hope that it will provide additional insight.

Everything that we have read all indicates that every woman can achieve this type of orgasm. First, is that true or not? Second, if everyone can achieve this sensation, then why don’t more people talk about it?

My girlfriend has a friend who can do this and at first she was ashamed. She thought that there was something abnormal about her and felt uncomfortable addressing the issue until we talked to her about it. She now talks to us openly about it and in a way we have made her feel better about herself and more comfortable with it when it does happen.

We, however, are still chasing a beat that we can’t catch. What can we do?

We live in North Carolina and are wondering if you knew anyone in or close to this area who can coach us through it, through counseling or any other form of instructional therapy.

We have a wonderful relationship and a great sex life, and we know this is not a deal breaker. Everything that we have read, however, indicates that this is the complete orgasm for a woman. Being her lover, and the joy that she brings me, I want to do whatever I can do. Believe me, I am not complaining but female ejaculation has to be the icon of taking it to the next level. Any advice or help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Regards,

Alan from North Carolina

Dear Alan,
All women can ejaculate, because all women have the anatomy to do so; that is, the female prostate, which is what the G-spot is. Most people still don’t know about female ejaculation because the culture has been certain that it does not exist, or has mistaken it for urine.

We have been told by the medical profession that the female prostate, the G-spot, is vestigial, dried up and nonfunctioning. Well, it is alive and fully functioning and overflowing with that lovely feminine fountain that is female ejaculation!

Correct information goes a long way in getting this charming delight working again. I am an expert on the subject and make it very accessible for women and their partners to understand and to achieve. My book and videos will help you a lot toward that goal.

There are no teachers that I would recommend in your area. Sex education and places to hold such informational workshops are still only available primarily in the Northeast and on the West Coast. I am holding a workshop for couples in Santa Fe, New Mexico, over Labor Day Weekend, September 5-7, 2009. Find out more here.

And I am available by telephone for coaching. Usually, great progress can be made with one phone call.

This unique and special joy awaits you, don’t despair. But pressure to perform will shut it down, so please enjoy your relationship and what you do have.

Fanny

Ask Fanny: “Love Juice”

Monday, December 1st, 2008

G-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation Expert

Hello, Fanny,

I was wondering if it is possible to improve the taste/smell of my ejaculate. My partner says that it is quite acidic and burns her throat. Upon tasting it myself I quite agree, and now understand why she chokes sometimes. Also, the scent is quite strong, bordering on unpleasant for both of us.

I am aware that my ejaculate should be light and fresh, and mine is not even in the ballpark. I am also quite positive it is not urine, since I have tasted that as well. I don’t push really hard (when I ejaculate), because I don’t have to (so I am not leaking urine). Mostly, I am receiving oral sex when I ejaculate (hence her choking). Sometimes it squirts out a bit, and other times (my female ejaculate) just gushes out.

I ejaculate almost every time I orgasm. I can have many orgasms in a session, so therefore I ejaculate a lot. I’m 39 now, and started to ejaculate in my 30s.

I have taken prescription medication for many years, but none of it is new, nor has it changed in many years, except Cymbalta, which I started in April, 2007. I don’t use illicit drugs. Of course, my diet could use improvement, but it’s not terrible.

The medications I currently take are:

Cymbalta 60 mg – depression
Zoloft 75 mg – depression/anxiety
Avapro 75 mg – high blood pressure
Lipitor 80 mg – high cholesterol
Trazodone 50 mg – sedative for bedtime
Clonazepam – anxiety for bedtime
Multi-vitamin
Acidophilus – GI infections

I wouldn’t even say that urine smells as unpleasant as my ejaculate. What can I do or try?

Sincerely,

Jane & Natalie

Dear Jane and Natalie,

I have not heard of this problem before, so initially I was completely stumped. Female ejaculate, like other bodily fluids such as tears, vaginal lubrication, etc., have certain tastes and smells that are “normal” or have a normal range. Your ejaculate falls out of the normal range. Therefore, what’s wrong?

I suspect the prescription drugs you are taking. It is an extensive list and you have been taking them for quite some time. I would see your doctor, and tell him or her about this side effect of burning, acidic ejaculate that you are experiencing. Also, consider getting a second and third opinion on your medical diagnoses and treatment plan—a standard practice in the health care industry.

I’m sorry, I don’t know of any natural remedy, food, tea or hydrosol to correct this problem. Should I stumble upon one, I will let you and the Fatale readers know. If anyone has any suggestions, please write in.

I feel compelled, as an herbalist, feminist and Goddess feminist, to comment here about pharmaceutical drug use.

1) As Goddess juice (female ejaculate), your ejaculate is, I believe, telling you—quite loudly—that these drugs aren’t that great for your body.

2) As a feminist, I believe it is worthwhile for us as a culture to take a look at the drugs we are taking in record numbers today. In the 1950s, women were popping sedatives in unprecedented numbers. Marilyn Monroe’s pill popping was not unusual for her gender and her time. As well, women were also undergoing lobotomies in record numbers. The complaints were for a “problem that has no name” as Betty Friedan made famous in her book, The Feminine Mystique. This is the book that started the 1960s feminist movement.

3) As an herbalist, these days the future is about going Green, and that includes what we put into our bodies. Natural alternatives support the body like food does, rather than overburden it with pharmaceutical chemicals—possibly destroying the utterly divine, fresh and light smell that is our female ejaculate.

In next month’s column, we will talk about toxic sex toys, plastics and phthalates.

Ask Fanny: Is It Female Ejaculation?

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Do you have a question for Ask Fanny? Send it to askfanny@fatalemedia.com.

Dear Fanny,

I have an issue. When I masturbate and reach an orgasm, I ooze out and it’s thick and clear. Also there’s a massive volume of it. I do massage my g-spot and I don’t know why it’s like that, but when it happens it’s really intense. But mine doesn’t come out like water, nor does it squirt out. I know it’s not female lube; this only happens when I massage my g-spot and then cum. What is it? Is it still FE?

Terry

Dear Terry,

Female ejaculation is clear and watery. It doesn’t always arc out; often it just gushes or floods. Vaginal lubrication, as you stated, is thick, creamy and white.

Therefore, even though you are stimulating your G-spot, and it sounds as if you are having a wonderfully intense G-spot orgasm, you are not ejaculating. You are creating a large amount of vaginal lubrication.

Some women create copious amounts of vaginal lubrication. But you can tell it is from the vagina and therefore not female ejaculation, which emits from the urethra, because it is thick and white. You can’t always see the white by looking at it, but it is not clear and watery like female ejaculation.

Smell will help decide it for you. Female ejaculation smells fresh and light, basically odorless. Vaginal lubrication is heavier, with a slight, musky odor.

Sex Tips & Tricks – Wet Summer Fun

Friday, August 1st, 2008

By Fanny Fatale

Summertime fun means getting wet all over, so let’s get down to it, girls!

Here is the best position for female ejaculation in a large bathtub, hot tub, swimming pool or your local wilderness river (wee hours of the morn’, of course).

This idea arose from the French actresses in my new video, Female Ejaculation: The Workshop

Female Ejaculation - The Workshop We rented an old, restored hotel room in Paris that used to be a brothel, and the large, sumptuous tub spurred many a creative idea!

The lesbian scene stars French adult idol Lydia St. Martin and up-and-coming, HOT French lesbian adult actress Wendi Delorme. The scene they did in the bathtub for the camera (and our benefit) turned out to be optimum for both partner and student when learning how to female ejaculate.

The fun, however, isn’t just for newbies…

Sit up on the rim of a large bathtub while your partner is sitting in the bathtub in the water. Alternatives to a large bathtub are: edge of pool or hot tub, dock at the lake, kayak on land, incline of a riverbank. The elevated position of the woman about to ejaculate is ideal for the partner who is sitting – usually in various levels of water – because she can see her finger(s) rub the body of the g-spot.

But that’s only half of it. Your partner will actually be able to see the head of your g-spot being pushed out of the vagina when her queen on a special seat ejaculates! Why? Think eye level.

In addition, this is the best position to receive an “arc” of ejaculate right in the face and chest! A delightful reward for your partner’s patience and efforts to assist the fountainous favors to flow!

For those of you who follow my column “Ask Fanny,” we know that one of the biggest obstacles for women to ejaculate freely is not letting go, sometimes due to the fear of urinating.

Moving to a water source minimizes concerns that the woman trying to ejaculate might have about peeing. (This may not work for an urban setting, but if you are doing it near dawn on an urban curb, you probably are not the type who has to learn how to let go!)

But for the rest of you more reserved women who are first learning to ejaculate (and even for the diehard veterans) a good reminder is this: Recite your mantra: Prepare to Pee.

This motto works to remove the deeply embedded fear of peeing to help you learn to let go! To repeat: when a women’s G-spot is stimulated, it swells with prostatic fluid (female ejaculate). At that point, it is as difficult for a woman to pee as it is for a man when he is swollen and sexually excited. What is not difficult at that point for either a woman or a man is to ejaculate!

No watering hole? Go outside in the backyard and sit on a chair. Make sure it is a chair that won’t flop over backward when you are in the throws of orgasm, okay? That said, give your partner an eyeful while you sit on the edge of the chair and she sits on a picnic blanket on the ground. Hot afterwards? Drown yourself in a bucket of water à la Jennifer Beals in Flashdance.

Sexy Senior Moments

Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

We were heartened to read an article the other day in the Washington Post, “Seniors Having More Sex Than Ever” by Alan Mozes.

The senior set—those men and women in their late sixties, seventies and beyond—have increased not only the frequency of sex, but also the quality of their couplings, according to a Swedish study. This study has been ongoing for 30 years, so there’s a strong basis for comparison.

“Women seemed to make the most headway in terms of increasing their sexual satisfaction,” according to the article. While the study doesn’t go into the whys of this newfound satisfaction, we can take a stab at why women are more satisfied.

For one thing, much more information is out there about female ejaculation and the role of the G-spot in spurring women’s satisfaction. Educators like Deborah Sundahl have been teaching women old and young how to find their g-spots.

Couples, we’ve found, are more adventurous, too. Bend Over Boyfriend, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, has worked for tens of thousands of couples who want to spice up their sex lives.

Gone are the days when men had no options for increasing their virility, and gone are the days when widows and married women just didn’t feel like it. We say kudos to those sexy seniors!

Now, if only next time they’d talk to senior lesbians and gay men. We bet there’d be some real “senior moments” from the queer set!

Yours in good love and sex,

Nan & Christi
